One pass is used per event. Cancel within the policy window and your pass comes back.
Questions before you buy
Can I get a refund for unused passes?
Yes. Unused passes are refunded pro-rata from My Passes. Passes already used at an event are not refundable.
What happens when a pass expires?
Validity counts from the day you buy. Expired passes can no longer be used, so pick the bundle that matches how often you come.
Which events accept passes?
Any nurio language exchange event marked as accepting passes. You will see the pass option on the event page when you register.
How can I pay?
Credit or debit card, bank transfer, or wallet credits. Verified students see the student price automatically.
