Nurio is a language exchange meetup platform. We host offline events where you can practice English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and other languages with native speakers. Events are held regularly in Seoul and Daejeon, featuring fun activities that help you learn languages naturally.

Meetups typically last 2-3 hours. Participants are divided into small groups for introductions and themed conversations. Groups rotate throughout the event so you can meet different people. A facilitator guides the session, making it comfortable for first-timers to participate.

Not at all! Nurio welcomes all levels. We have beginners to advanced speakers, and everyone comes with an open mind to learn. Perfect language skills aren't required - what matters is your willingness to try.

Absolutely! In fact, most participants come alone. Since we do group activities, you'll naturally meet new people. Come alone, leave with new friends!

Nope! Nurio is a 'language exchange' meetup. We have English time and Korean time. Foreigners come to learn Korean too, so you'll both teach and learn from each other.

Browse the events list and click 'Attend' on your preferred event. If you have an event pass, you can use it. Otherwise, you can purchase a ticket or buy a pass first. Once payment is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with event details.

Yes, you can. Cancel at least 24 hours before the event starts for a full refund. You can cancel directly from Settings > My Tickets. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event cannot be refunded.

No special preparation needed! Just bring yourself and a willingness to chat. Drinks and light refreshments are available for purchase at the venue.

An event pass is an entry ticket to our meetups. Each pass allows you to attend one event. Buying passes in advance is more economical than individual tickets. Each pass can be used within its validity period.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, KakaoPay, NaverPay, TossPay, and more. All payments are securely processed through PortOne payment gateway.

Unused passes can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase. Passes cannot be refunded after the validity period expires.

After signing in, click 'Settings' from the menu in the top right corner. In Profile Settings, you can change your name, bio, language interests, and profile photo.

Go to Settings > Account and click 'Delete Account'. Please note that all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you have unused passes or credits, please request a refund first.

Nurio uses Google Sign-In only, so there's no separate password. If you can't access your Google account, please use Google's account recovery process.

Our referral program rewards you for inviting friends to Nurio. When a friend signs up using your referral link and makes their first purchase, they get a discount and you earn credits.

Go to Settings > Referrals to copy your personal referral link. Share this link with friends - when they sign up through it, they're automatically connected as your referral.

You'll receive your reward credits immediately after your invited friend completes their first payment. Credits are automatically applied to your next purchase.
