nurio is a language exchange meetup platform. We host offline events where you can practice English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and other languages with native speakers. Events are held regularly in Daejeon, featuring fun activities that help you learn languages naturally.

Meetups typically last 2-3 hours. Participants are divided into small groups for introductions and themed conversations. Groups rotate throughout the event so you can meet different people. A facilitator guides the session, making it comfortable for first-timers to participate.

Not at all! nurio welcomes all levels. We have beginners to advanced speakers, and everyone comes with an open mind to learn. Perfect language skills aren't required - what matters is your willingness to try.

Absolutely! In fact, most participants come alone. Since we do group activities, you'll naturally meet new people. Come alone, leave with new friends!

We have a diverse mix - from university students to working professionals. Koreans wanting to practice English, foreigners learning Korean, people with overseas experience, and anyone interested in languages and cultures. You'll fit right in!

We totally get it - many people feel this way! Don't worry - our facilitators naturally guide conversations, and group rotations help you meet different people comfortably. After your first visit, you'll wonder why you didn't come sooner!

Yes! Every meetup has native speakers of various languages. Not just English and Korean, but also Japanese, Chinese, and more. It's a great opportunity for authentic conversation practice.

Nope! nurio is a 'language exchange' meetup. We have English time and Korean time. Foreigners come to learn Korean too, so you'll both teach and learn from each other.

Unused passes can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase. Passes cannot be refunded after the validity period expires.
