Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Nurio, we strive to provide excellent service for all our language exchange events. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Event Ticket Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the following schedule based on cancellation timing:

  • 10+ days before event: Full refund (100%)
  • 7-9 days before event: 90% refund (10% cancellation fee)
  • 3-6 days before event: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee)
  • 1-2 days before event: 70% refund (30% cancellation fee)
  • Same day / after event start: No refund
  • Full refund automatically issued if the event is cancelled by the host

Please note that each event may have its own specific refund policy. Always check the event details for applicable refund terms.

Pass/Package Refunds

  • Unused passes may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
  • Partially used passes are non-refundable
  • Passes cannot be refunded after the validity period expires

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through Settings > Tickets or contact our support team
  2. Refund requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Exceptions

In cases of technical issues, payment errors, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact our support team. We will review each case individually and work to find a fair resolution.
